In 2007, I combined my passion for people with business experience as Entrepreneur and HR Director to begin my practice. Having worked with the Enneagram since 1998, I was prepared to begin my practice with Enneagram Coaching which laid the ground work for Reiki and Intuitive Guided Meditation to blossom. The purpose of my practice is to provide structured gentle support, raise awareness, and engage action with accountability, if necessary, according to the desires of the client.

I see clients with a variety of concerns: careers, relationships, grief, stress, illness, domestic violence, family struggles, self esteem, life path; the reasons are as varied as life itself but all involve a desire to create change or experience grace with a difficult issue in their life.

I study the spiritual dimension of the Enneagram [view Wikipedia] with Sister Lois Dideon at Kearns Spirituality Center [Sisters of Divine Providence] in Pittsburgh, PA and Roxanne Howe-Murphy [Lifewise Enneagram Institute] of San Francisco, CA. I am certified by the International Association of Coaches [IAC] and am a member of the Pittsburgh Coaches Association [PCA], serving as 2010 VP of Marketing. I've also studied with Mentor Coach, [Mentor Coach LLC] an ICF accredited training program. I'm certified as Reiki Master Teacher by Deborah Donoghue [Rainbow Star Productions] of Pittsburgh, PA and hold a degree in Business Management from CCAC. I was born in Frogtown, Pennsylvania where I was raised with traditional farm and Christian values that continue to guide me today.
