Reiki is a natural technique of touch that deepens relaxation and reduces stress. I also incorporate Intuitive Guided Mediation and Chakra Stones with my Reiki treatments when appropriate. Experiences vary according to each person's specific emotional, physical and spiritual needs at the time. Clients express a sense of deep relaxation and calmness. Some report physical sensations of heat or tingling in their body. And some have a very esoteric experience. Whether we heal quickly or gradually, in body or spirit, the source of healing is the Spirit of God that dwells in each of us; healing touch is a way to experience that Spirit.
